One brand, four ways
Bambushu is a skincare brand we invented — bamboo and snail-mucin — then ran through all four of our ad-production tiers. Same product, four production styles, so you can judge the format rather than the brand. Every frame is AI-produced in-house.

Bambushu
StockScripted narrator VO over a hybrid of licensed stock and generated b-roll, kinetic captions, branded end card. The damaged-skin beats are generated; the aspirational beats are licensed footage.

UGC avatarA generated spokesperson lip-synced to a fresh AI voice, with handheld in-bathroom product cutaways. The highest-converting format on social feeds.
Bambushu
CinematicFully generated footage art-directed to one bamboo-spa world — misty grove, spa water, onsen skin. Premium production feel, no stock look.

Product filmA scored product film: dropper-to-skin hook, texture macros, dewy glow, brand card. Real-commercial production for a DTC launch.
Why we built it
Most ad samples are one-offs for different clients, so you can't compare styles side by side. Bambushu fixes that — one brand, one product, run through every tier — so the only variable is the production format.
The whole set was produced by one operator on an AI-assisted pipeline: script, voice, footage, edit, and the brand system itself. The same pipeline runs again next week on a real brand and a real brief.
Bambushu is a fictional brand created by MAD IT as a production demo. Not a real product.
